Terms of Service | ImageToURL
Rules for uploading, hosting, sharing, deleting, and reporting public image links on ImageToURL.
Last updated: 2026-07-28
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ImageToURL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a development build and is not represented as a production hosting service.
Description of Service
ImageToURL is designed to accept supported image files, store them online, and return public links and embed formats. Features, limits, supported formats, and availability may change as the service is developed and operated.
Your Content
You keep ownership of images you upload. You grant ImageToURL the limited rights needed to store, copy, transmit, cache, display, secure, review, and remove the content to operate the service.
You may upload an image only if you own it or have the legal right to host and share it. A generated URL does not grant you or anyone else rights to the underlying image.
Public Access
Direct image links are public to anyone who has the URL. Images are not intended to appear in a public gallery by default, but a recipient can forward the link or publish it elsewhere. Do not upload confidential or private images.
Acceptable Use
You must not upload, host, request, or distribute:
- Content that violates applicable law.
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation content.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors.
- Credible threats, terrorist or extremist material, or instructions for violent wrongdoing.
- Malware, phishing material, malicious code, or content used to facilitate fraud.
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material you lack permission to share.
- Private personal information, identity documents, or images that violate another person's privacy.
- Content used for harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, or illegal goods and services.
You must not evade rate limits, probe non-public objects, automate abusive uploads, overload the service, or interfere with security controls.
Limits and Accounts
Guest and account limits may differ. File size, file count, storage, bandwidth, and rate limits may be enforced to protect the service. Creating multiple accounts, rotating identifiers, or using automation to bypass limits is prohibited.
If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and activity. Notify us if you believe an account or deletion credential has been compromised.
Removal and Reports
ImageToURL may block or delete content that violates these Terms, creates risk, consumes unreasonable resources, or must be removed for legal, rights, privacy, or security reasons. Removal may occur without prior notice.
The Report Abuse page explains the required information, but report intake is not enabled in this development build. Reports must be accurate and made in good faith once the production channel is published.
Availability and Link Lifetime
ImageToURL is designed to provide stable links, but it does not guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or freedom from data loss. Links may stop working because of deletion, abuse action, security events, maintenance, provider failure, or service changes.
Keep a copy of important images. ImageToURL is not a backup service.
Service Intellectual Property
The ImageToURL software, interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant a right to copy the service, brand, or source code.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. ImageToURL disclaims warranties that are not expressly required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToURL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm caused by third-party content or external use of a public link.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product, providers, limits, or legal obligations change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Contact and Safety
The production service must publish a working abuse channel and a general legal contact before launch.
